COPE Patient Support Group

Patient Support Groups are facilitated by a Registered nurse and a team assistant. They provide more informal support for those that do not require access to the full Multi-disciplinary Team and currently meet weekly at Midsomer Norton Outreach Centre

Referral to patient support groups are by the same means as other referrals. No formal patient assessments are available via this service and DH reserves the right to offer these groups rather than the more formalised Day care.
